Description

Early in the morning, we will start the tour with a scenic coastal drive to the north side of the island. A short hike uphill will give us stunning views of the sea, Lake Goto and the national park. We will have a good chance to spot Bonaire’s endemic parrot, the lora.

Next, we continue our journey to the rough east coast. From here we will abandon the unpaved roads and explore the desolate landscapes of Plantation Onima. On the east side of Bonaire you can experience the force of the ocean. This side of the island also reveals where the first inhabitants left their traces. We will dive into the history of Bonaire and visit the shallow caves to admire the ancient rock art.

We will end this tour with a magnificent view, overlooking the small town of Rincon.
